12 Days of Dieting Journey

Society today is all about being in the fast lane and that
means fast food, bad diets, and obesity. If you are one of
these people who has fallen into the trap of being
overweight you should read this article about the 12 day
diet. It will change your life and the way you think about
food.

The 12 days diet begins with you getting rid of all those
foods that have a lot of fat and oils; this is a very
important first step to the 12 day diet.

On 1st day of 12 days diet journey, get up early in the
morning and go for walk. After that, take a cup of tea with
only 2 toasts. Eat salad for lunch and in the evening, take
a cup of tea with only 3 biscuits. At night, have supper of
any Chinese dish which you like to eat. Do not lie down just
after eating your supper but walk for at least 20 minutes
before going to bed. Please continue this routine for next
3 days of 12 days diet journey.

On 4th day of diet the 12 day diet journey, get up early in
the morning and do suitable aerobic exercise at least for 30
minutes. After exercise, eat breakfast consisting of 1 cup
of tea and 3 toasts. One needs to eat any food which
contains minimal amount of fats and oils in the noon. Drink
a glass of milk in the evening. A single apple would be your
supper on 4th day diet journey. Walk for half hour before
you go to bed.

Upon completion of day four of the 12 days diet plan, you
will start to see some nice changes in your figure.

On the fifth day you begin with 45 minutes of aerobic
exercise, such as running, which speeds up the
cardiovascular system and the metabolism. For breakfast have
three slices of toast and for lunch have a Chinese meal.
After your lunch meal, find a staircase that you can go up
and down at least five times, without stopping. For supper
eat anything very low in fat content and then run for at
least 20 minutes. You will continue this routine of the 12
day diet through day ten.

For day eleven and day twelve of the 12 days diet plan, do
some heavy exercise for 45 minutes. Have just a cup of tea
and 3 toasts after that. In the afternoon, have salad for
lunch. Just before dinner time have a game of squash. For
supper, you can have a hearty meal but low in fats content.
To finish off after supper, have a short walk before bed.

At the end of this 12 day diet you should certainly be able
to see very nice changes in your body.
