Beyond Being And Non-Being - The Dance Of Life

All self concern is a symptom of the disease of your non beingness of the aliveness, clarity and freedom of this "you" that "is" and is wholly who "you" are.

Being deeply at rest in and as this "you" of you that "you" are will have you relieved of this cramp of your own making. It will dissolve all of your self concern and absolve your entire self obsession with those things that need not your attention.

It is your natural state to be this "you" of who "you" are and its immediacy will have you totally forgiven of all that has ever happened before now.

Unperceived, this "you" allows for all of your perception. Unfelt, it enables you to feel the difference of when you are being this "you" and when you are lost to the non beingness of who "you" are. Unthinkable, it gives rise to the thought that you then entrap yourself within by taking this mind informancy to be your guidance in life.

Beyond being and non being, it is the beingness of this "you" that "is" and is self obviously who "you" are. It is the immutable, rocklike and independent background of all motion, giving rise to it all.

It is the beyondness that encapsulates the all of existence. It is the supreme no-thing from which every manifest thing arises. To be deeply at rest in and as this "you", you will have to find this "you" first.

It is already and energetically flowing through the very eyes of this mindbody that you find yourself being so intimately involved with right now. You are the one who is going to have to find this "you" of you that "you" are. It is "you" - the "you" that you can never get away or escape from.

You are going to have to learn to find it and recognise it as being this "you" that "is" and is the a priori of that which you find yourself flowing through - your mind informed mindbody.

Once you have found "you", you will have to learn to stop at and as this "you" until you have come to being deeply at rest in and as this "you" for consecutive moments together. This is what will have you at home and in your heart wherever you go.

You are to learn to move from this place of the beingness of this "you" of who "you" are while the dance of life continues to be danced through this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through.

This is what gives rise to the causeless happiness of you being true - you being consciously true as this "you" that "is" and is absolutely who "you" have always been. It will have you freely standing of any movement that is only the more of the arisings of the notyou-ness of manifestation.

Now, you are going to have to find the energeticness of this "you" of you that "you" are.

You cannot find this energetic aliveness that is flowing through your eyes from this place of you having already furthered out and away from this energetic aliveness that is still flowing through your eyes, even now, despite your attempts at trying to leave it.

Your attempts at trying to be your mind informancy is not going to bring you to this "you" that is energetically alive and the happening thing that is prior to this arising and chattering mind of yours.

This activity of yours only brings on the illusion of fragmentation that you are presently suffering because you are moment by moment actively involved in the perpetuation of this illusion of trying to be fragmented. You are not who you think you are. This also means that this is precisely what you are always doing to yourself.

You are always attempting to try and be what you find yourself flowing through. It does not matter how much you may be becoming aware of the more subtle aspects of what you are flowing through. It is still only more of the notyou-ness that you are identifying yourself with.

You are going to have to learn to wake up to how this is exactly what you are doing to yourself in any given moment - and not from your mind. You are going to have to see that this is what you are doing.

Once you are aware - in this very moment right now - that you are actually identifying yourself to be what you find yourself flowing through, then you have the chance and the opportunity to become aware of what this "you" of who "you" are that already is, is.

This "you" is not something that you visually see - internally or externally. It is simply the isness that is ising through your eyes right now. It is not something that you feel from your mindbody - although it is certainly recognised through this very mindbody of yours. It is none of the senses that are cognisable through this mindbody package of yours, but it is "that" which gives rise to these senses and is ultimately governing these senses.

This "you" is the sense that is behind the senses of what you find yourself flowing through and you are so very capable of being this "you" of who "you" are in any moment right now and for the rest of eternity.
