It is very important that you avoid constipation and have a diet that is very rich in fiber. Follow a recommended balanced diet and sleep enough to keep healthy.
So, just bring about minor changes in your lifestyle and eating patterns and be safe from developing hemorrhoids and have a healthy and safe pregnancy.
