Online Gambling's Casino Portal and Guide

Someone asked the other day in one of the gambling forums why the communication between the affiliates and the casino management are done in a private area?

This was a legitimate question and as an affiliate that always does things above board I have no problem with the players having access to that area but it would have to be on an observe only status because even the best of online casino networks will get blasted by gamblers with sour grapes (sore losers) who would literally say anything to make the casino where they lost their money, look bad in the eyes of potential future customers.

If players were allowed to chime in with discussions between affiliates and casino management there would be too great a possibility of discussions about decisions which will effect the majority of the players being side-tracked to an issue that only concerns one player or at best a minority of players. Perhaps better said is that discussions between affiliates and casino management is largely devoted to issues that are on the horizon and the affiliate community will speak up when they see a potential problem and the matter is discussed openly. The affiliates have the players' back in these instances because it is to the affiliate's advantage that the player is satisfied with the casino they have chosen.

What many players do not realize is that while a local casino may look busy, it is in reality handling a very small percentage of the people that online casinos handle, and the more reputable online casinos have very little need for excessive support agents on hand simply because their property runs so smoothly that most times the support are contacted it is for a username or to answer a simple question. The affiliates have an area that is dedicated to just them and then there is an area (at most forums) where a player can voice their own issue with a casino and the affiliates usually will pick up the ball and run with it from there.
